So, how is your November? …Sad and mysterious or always running and anxious with frost on your eyelashes? Or is it still sunny in the morning and the cold breath of blue skies?… Everyone’s autumn is different….Here is a series of photos by Milanese photographer Valentina Broussard about her autumn….

Valentina manages to find a little secret or even a whole story in every moment of any autumn day, sometimes with a hint of humour.

There is no snow on the Ligurian coast in autumn, so November evenings are particularly dark and may seem bleak to some.

But Valentina’s series of photographs of autumn Liguria smells of fireplaces, company and holidays. And some photos wrap us in an atmosphere of centuries past, as if they were the paintings of Italian painters from another era…..

Photographs always reflect the inner world of their author… Perhaps the autumn photo shoot can reveal something new in you. Start today, at least with a photo of your favourite flower, as I did.
